## 1. General
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of products through [website URL] ("Site"), operated by **We Think Cosmetics LLP** ("we", "us", "our"), a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India. By placing an order on the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. We may revise these Terms at any time; the version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
To purchase on the Site, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, purchases must be made with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
These Terms apply equally to individual consumers and business/salon-bulk buyers, as we currently offer the same Terms to all customers.

## 3. Products
Product images and descriptions on the Site are indicative. Where there is any discrepancy between an image and the written product description, the written description on the product page prevails. The price displayed (MRP) is inclusive of all applicable GST. Batch number, manufacturing date, expiry/best-before date, net quantity, and manufacturer details appear on the physical product label as required under the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011.
## 4. Product Availability
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you by email and/or SMS, and refund any amount paid (including delivery charges, if any) within 5–7 business days.
## 5. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST at the applicable rate. Prices may change at any time, but the price you are charged is the price shown at the time you place your order — no retroactive change applies either way.
## 6. Placing an Order
You may browse the Site without registering. You may check out as a guest or by creating an account. Before confirming payment, you will see an order summary (products, price, any delivery charge, and total) for your review. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with your order details and estimated delivery timeline.
## 7. Payment Methods
We currently accept payments via **Razorpay**, an RBI-authorised, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway, which supports credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with **no additional handling fee**. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or card issuer declining a transaction.
## 8. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship **pan-India**. Please see our Shipping Policy for delivery timelines, charges, and related details. Delivery timelines communicated at checkout and in your order confirmation are estimates and are not guaranteed, and may be affected by factors outside our control.
## 9. Inspecting Your Delivery
Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the package appears tampered with or damaged, please note this with the delivery agent where possible and contact us within 48 hours with photographs, per our Return & Refund Policy.
## 10. Cancellation and Returns
**Important:** Indian law does not provide a statutory right to a "cooling-off" return window for online purchases (unlike some other jurisdictions). Instead, we voluntarily offer the return terms set out in our **Return & Refund Policy**, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: you may request a return within **7 days of delivery**, subject to the conditions in that policy (e.g. unopened/unused condition, hygiene exclusions for opened cosmetic and haircare products).
You may cancel an order free of charge at any time **before it is dispatched**, by contacting us at alshat@wethinkcosmetics.com. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please refer to our Return & Refund Policy instead.
## 11. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, you are entitled to receive goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product you receive is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, you may request a replacement, exchange, or refund as set out in our Return & Refund Policy, without prejudice to your right to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
## 12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including product images, descriptions, logos, branding, and design — is the property of We Think Cosmetics LLP or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without our prior written consent.
## 13. Your Personal Data
Our collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
## 14. Complaints and Grievance Redressal
For any query or complaint, please write to alshat@wethinkcosmetics.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 30 days, in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
## 15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your right to approach a Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission having jurisdiction over your place of residence (as permitted under Section 34 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019), the courts at **[city of registered office — to be confirmed]** shall have jurisdiction over any other disputes arising from these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
